The MTCH112 evaluation kit provides an easy platform for a quick and easy implementation of Microchips mTouch technology in any application. Using the included Proximity Sensor or Dual Touch Sensor boards, this kit provides a turnkey proximity detection companion-application, out of the box. No mTouch expertise is required. The MTCH family of products, while still providing a full mTouch parameter adjustment using a dedicated GUI for additional flexibility, will start operating with its factory configuration, at power up time. A 12-pin header connector allows users to connect a custom capacitive sensing board to the MTCH112 main board so they can start working on their own application, with not coding involved.
