Alpha's Series V VFD cable was designed to be the ultimate small diameter variable frequency drive cable connection solution. Alpha's VFD is acceptable for use with Allen-Bradley ArmorStart distributed motor controller series with integrated variable frequency AC drives manufactured by Rockwell Automation. Suitable for direct burial and resistant to exposure to direct sunlight and other sources of UV light. Conductors: Stranded tinned copper. Insulation: Black cross-linked polyethylene with white alpha numeric printing and one green/yellow for ground. Jacket: Specially-formulated, oil resistant PVC. Jacket Color: Black. Shielding: Aluminum/Polyester foil plus overall tinned copper copper braid. 2, 4, 6 and 8 AWG cables have four symmetrical drain wires. Temperature Rating: –40° C to 90° C.
