XPC Silicon Pressure Sensors
The XPC/XPCL and Series sensors integrate silicon micro-machined sensing technology, temperature compensation, and calibration in a complete low-cost package. Designed for use with non-corrosive nonionic pressure media although they can accommodate many gasses that are used in medical applications.
