OPTEK's Optimal IV series features four (4) individually addressable LED die in a Star package. Utilizing Chip On Substrate (COS) technology, Optimal IV offers thermal resistance of a mere 1.8°C/Watt. Power dissipation is 4 Watts @ 350mA. Proper heat sinking allows a drive current of 700 mA for greater light output. Optimal IV is available in RGBA (Red, Blue, Green, Amber) as well as mono-color red, blue, green, amber and three (3) color temperatures of white. Optimal IV's popular Star substrate allows for easy design integration.
